There should be a "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
You can use that to take a picture of whatever your screen is at the moment.
Then, using paint or some other program of that sort, you can press CTRL + V to paste the picture.
Save the picture as a JPG, and using photobucket or some other hosting website...
You can upload your picture. =)

I've been noticing this in the last three desktop posts, but why is everyone's picture cut off?
If you guys need a resizing program for images and whatnot, try using Irfanview.
It's free to download.
